Our standard events require high design details, stylish and special touches that provide a "WOW" factor. How we are different

Often  luxurious table  top designs and other decor are needed  to truly transform a room. However, it can take a great amount of time to find these items and can be very costly when purchased. Our company, Art of the Details, has taken the time to locate high end decor for our rental inventory. This cuts down on costs and time to you as our client. Our decor is distinctive, elegant, tasteful and timeless and your own guests will be stunned and delighted that you presented the very best.

 

When you rent from us, you can expect that your event will just be as  wonderful as you  imagined.  Our delivery service provides on-time transportation to the site and  set up of your items in your venue. We also break down  and collect the decor at the end of your event.

 

Individual client consultations allow us to showcase our decor in person, so that the client can select their event decor early. Our clients come to expect a superior level of service from us, and we know you'll enjoy that same service with each and every event.

 

We Deliver

Art of the Details provides delivery service and set up for customers in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Northern Virginia.

 

With each order, we will carefully pack, deliver, and set up the items that you have ordered in the venue of your choice, and in the time specified by you, the client. When your event is over, we will arrive to inspect, pack, and return each item.

  • Pricing

  • Pricing is based  upon whether we plan your entire event, design services only, or rental  delivery and associated services.  Prices begins at $2800 for wedding events and $1000 for  other types of parties.

  • Is there a minimum order

  •  

  • We invite you to meet with us for a complimentary initial consulation. Please contact us and we can discuss in person  or by telephone. There is a delivery  minimum order threshold, however, we look to provide you with the best  products to  reflect your style. 

 

 

 

  • What are your payment policies?

  •  

  • We accept all major credit cards, cash, bank checks and bank money orders.  Any other payment options are set up on a by case  by case basis.

  • Is a retainer required?

 

  • Yes a 25% retainer is required to hold the date. This means that your product will be availble regardless of others interested in these products. An additional 50% of the deposit is due 30 days before the event, or the rental order can be cancelled. The last payment, 25% is due 3 days prior to the event.

 

  • What is your order change policy?

  • We ask changes to rental orders be made no later than four weeks before an event.  All other order changes or rental order changes  requested within two weeks of the event, will be reviewed before being accepted or rejected.

 

 

  • What is your cancellation policy?

  •  

  • Rental orders may be cancelled up to four weeks before your required date.  However,  the rentainer fee  is non refundable and will be retained by our company . However new dates can be rescheduled if open.
